Yes, and it needs no card. Search, cadastre, zoning, hazards and the basic site report stay free on every lot in New South Wales. Hazards in particular are free on purpose — they're the check that most often changes someone's mind about a site.
Pro and Team are monthly or annual subscriptions billed securely via Stripe, renewing until cancelled. Annual works out at two months free. You can cancel any time from your account portal to stop future charges.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the account portal at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a refund. See the Terms.
Because below three the shared-project and central-billing machinery isn't buying you anything that two individual Pro subscriptions wouldn't. If you're a pair, take two Pro seats — it's cheaper.

Prices are in Australian dollars. JS Site Viewer is operated by a sole trader who is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
