What's inside

Everything on one parcel.

Click a lot anywhere in New South Wales and the whole picture builds itself — boundaries, planning controls, what can be built, what's in the way, and what's happening next door. Every layer comes from official NSW government sources.

Find a site, and understand it

Start here. These four are the ones people open the app for — how to go from a suburb to a shortlist, and from a lot to a decision.

What's in the way

The constraints that decide whether a site is worth another hour — and how the ground itself sits.

The evidence, and the paperwork

Survey-grade data, market context, and getting all of it back out of the browser in a format someone else can open.

Where all of this comes from. Every layer is sourced from official open data — NSW Spatial Services (cadastre, imagery, SCIMS, elevation), Planning & Environment (zoning, controls, hazards), the Valuer General (sales and land values), the NSW Planning Portal (development applications) and the ABS. Each source and its licence is listed on our licences page. JS Site Viewer is an indicative research tool: verify with the relevant council, a registered surveyor or a certifier before acting.

See your first site in under a minute.

Search any NSW address, click the lot, and the whole report builds itself.
